TL;DR
We do not track you. We do not collect your data. If you contact us, we only use your information to respond to you. Your statutory rights under applicable data protection law are not affected.

2. Overview #
Mateu Aguiló Bosch ("we", "us", "our") develops and operates the Dalia software. This privacy policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of Dalia. The short version: we do not track you, and we do not collect your data.
3. No Tracking #
Dalia does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other mechanism to monitor your behavior. We do not collect usage data, telemetry, or browsing information of any kind, for any reason.
4. No Data Collection #
We do not gather, store, or process any personal data from users of the Software. There are no sign-up forms, no user accounts, and no data transmissions from the Software to our servers beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the Software to you.
5. Contact Information You Provide #
If you contact us (for example, by email at privacy@dalia-drupal.com or through the drupal.org contact form), we will process the personal data you provide (such as your name and email address) for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and provide you with the Software and related support.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to communications you initiate with us regarding the Software. We have assessed that this interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms, given that you voluntarily initiate the contact and the processing is limited to what is necessary to respond.
We will not:
- Share your contact information with third parties, except as described in Section 6;
- Use your contact information for any marketing or promotional purposes;
- Sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
6. Third-Party Services #
Dalia does not integrate with or transmit data to third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
If you contact us via the drupal.org contact form, your message is processed by Drupal.org's infrastructure and delivered to our email. Drupal.org operates as an independent controller for data submitted through its platform, governed by its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for Drupal.org's data processing practices, security measures, or any incidents arising from their handling of your data. By choosing to contact us through drupal.org, you acknowledge that your data will be subject to Drupal.org's terms and privacy policy in addition to this one.
7. Data Retention #
Since we do not collect user data during normal use of the Software, there is nothing to retain. Any contact information you voluntarily provide will be kept for a maximum of two (2) years from our last interaction, after which it will be deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
8. Your Rights #
Under the GDPR (Articles 15–22) and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to:
- Request access to any personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
- Request rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR);
- Request erasure of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR);
- Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation; we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms (Art. 21(1) GDPR).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
